What is the Breed of the Month Competition?

Every month I announce a new breed or type of pet (It won't always be a purebred, it might be something like "black cats" or "rescue dogs") and anyone with that breed or type can enter.

WHAT DO YOU GET IF YOU WIN?

  • a FREE "Full Experience" photoshoot with me at my in-home studio in Des Moines, WA
  • a complimentary 5x7 print OR $200 credit to apply towards print and product purchases.

Total value of both is $500.  As a guide print packages start at $449 (before $200 credit) and digital packages start at $499 (before $200 credit).  Most clients spend $600 and upwards on their finished art pieces and digital negatives.

There's some smaller runner up prizes also, so nobody misses out.

Q: When do you close entries?

A: Entries close at midnight on the last day of the month

Q: Where does the photo shoot take place?

A: The photo shoots are held at my in-home studio in Des Moines.

Q: Do I have to pay anything?

A: There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything. You are winning a free photo session and credit towards artwork.  Most winners love their images so much they end up spending $500-700 after their credit.  

Q: What's included?

A: In addition to the free photoshoot and $200 artwork credit, you will also get a complimentary planning consultation at the studio. During the planning consult, we'll discuss any ideas you have for the shoot, background colors and artwork for your home.

Q: What's not included?

A: No digitals, prints or artwork are included but you can use your $200 credit towards them. 

Q: What if I have more than one pet?

A: We can include all pets from your household in the photoshoot. 

Q: Can I be in some of the photos?

A: Absolutely! In fact, I encourage the immediate family members to be in some of the photos.
